Dear Fellow Player,

Let me come right to the point:

YOU LOSE TOO MANY RACES BECAUSE OF INFORMATION YOU ARE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE BUT NEVER SEE!

Okay, a lot of losing is our own fault. But a lot of it is THEIRS. And it’s DELIBERATE. It’s as planned as a smart bomb through the bunker door.

CERTAIN INSIDERS TARGET THE MUTUELS BY DOCTORING WORKOUT INFORMATION - TO GET YOU OFF A HOT HORSE SO THEY CAN HAVE IT TO THEMSELVES.

Understand that whenever a horse turns in a bullet workout, especially if it’s over a distance of ground where it was NOT asked for speed – this is a sure sign there’s money to be won. The news of this workout- the time itself and the clocker’s notes – can be worth serious money

That’s why insiders – whether stable owners, high rollers or tout services - don’t want the clocker to report the real workout time.

Most clockers are rocks of integrity. But some can’t withstand the lure of easy money and get “turned.”

  • THEY WRITE DOWN WRONG WORKOUT TIMES.
A gate clocker may “miss” the beginning of a work and have to guess how long that first 1/8th of a mile took. He may write down 12.5 seconds when it was really 11. Thus a bullet workout is not identified and the public misses out on a hot runner. But the insiders who put him up to it don’t miss out!

  • THEY CONCEAL WHETHER IT WAS A GATE WORKOUT
(from a standing start) OR A FLAT WORKOUT
    (from a running start).
Big difference. A gate work in the same time as a flat work is a superior effort and the letter G is supposed to go on the clocker’s report to tell you so. But they leave off the G most of the time. You take the horse to be slower than he is – just what they want!

  • They don’t even tell you whether the rider was a 140 lb. exercise rider or a 115 lb. jockey! Some difference - but they don’t think you need to know it!

Now let’s stop a second. Who is all this coming from?

Call me Ronald Cash  - It’s a pseudonym of course. I’m a clocker. I’ve worked a number of major circuits. I’ve been around long enough to remember when clocking was seat of the pants but young enough to be part of the Clocker Revolution in California that is changing the game by supplying real, accurate information to bettors.

I’m now semi-retired – which is only another way of saying I got off their payroll so I could do my own thing – real  clocking, which involves TONS more than a stop watch.

A clocker does more than clock. He sees the animal in full stride. He sees him full of run (or m maybe less). He sees him sky high (or maybe flat). He sees more than you will ever learn from the Daily Racing Form, or the sheet boys or web sites or anybody’s hotline.

So unless you are a whale betting out of a rebate shop, the only way you make money in this game is with better information than the crowd and the only way you can get that is from THE TRUTH TELLERS.

That defines who we are and what we do. We’re all semi-retired clockers – still active – only we don’t work for the track or the barns or the sheets but for private clients like yourself who need a little help coping with a pari-mutuel system that is, shall we say, far from perfect.

For example:

  • CALL IT A “CLERICAL ERROR” (ha ha)
THEY SWITCH WORKOUT TIMES BETWEEN TWO HORSES. Especially if it’s a 2-year old outracing an older stablemate. Sometimes with the connivance of the trainer, the younger horse gets tabbed with the slower time and the crowd is none the wiser. Who let it happen - the gap man who relayed the information from the rider, or the tab man who entered it into the books?  We’ll never know. In a few days the insiders will have themselves a first time starter breaking his maiden with a double digit victory! Everybody will scratch their heads except the handful who are counting their money.

THERE IS NO END TO WHAT THEY WILL DO TO PREVENT YOU FROM GETTING IN ON THEIR GOOD THING.

  • If the horse wants to romp, the exercise rider is instructed to gear him down to a slower pace.
  • If that doesn’t work, and the horse is tearing up the field, the rider may be told to stand up in the irons - this automatically voids the workout so it never happened!
  • If the horse is having a Breezing workout, the “B” is often dropped from the report and H (Handily) is substituted. Did you know that 40% of all workouts really are Breezing but that only 10% are reported?
  • And though it doesn’t happen often, sometimes a clocker may simply pocket a bullet workout and never turn it in, claiming that the workout was missed with no further explanation. If the work tab wasn’t turned in there was no workout! And once again the insiders have a good thing all to themselves.

Think back to all the times some horse that didn’t figure come out of “left field” to beat your horse. Now you know where those “left field” horses come from. You didn’t lose because of the breaks. The MADE you lose.

But no more. NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU LOSE FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OR INFORMATION. FROM NOW ON I’M GOING TO MAKE YOU WIN!

Whether at Aqueduct/Belmont, Gulfstream, Santa Anita, Keeneland/Churchill, Golden Gate, Arlington, Pimlico, Fair Grounds and at workout tracks everywhere, there are TRUTH TELLERS identifying VALUE HORSES ready to make you money!

I HAVE THE COMPLETE BOOK ON TRAINERS. I know their game plan, where they are trying to go with their best mounts and whether they’re on schedule. Who’s best with first time starters? Who can bring a horse back from a long layoff? Who can train a runner to stretch out? And so on.

All information is pooled into a common database. In fact…

We created a WORKOUT LOG showing workout history, classified by horse and keyed to its trainer’s favorite strategies. This allows us to anticipate the comeback, the peak effort, the spot play.  We don’t wait till today to pick today’s winner. We’ve been continuously on the case all along. When THE key workout takes place…when the horse is fit and ready…on the muscle and full of run…when he needs no more than a hand ride…when he us pulling at the reins and has to be reined in after galloping off – THAT is a fit and ready horse. The barn says it, the trainer says it, and the handlers say it.

How does this compare with picking horses on paper - which is how most handicappers do it? Then difference is ridiculous!

I’M RUNNING OUT OF SPACE AND I HAD SO MUCH MORE TO TELL YOU – not just negatives like phantom workouts or hopped horses but positives like all the good clockers who report the truth, our associates at other tracks, trip handicappers, jockey agents and more. A winning pick is a mosaic of hundreds of pieces of good information – and sometimes I can’t get off the cell phone to write it all down. That’s why our picks stand up. That’s why many leading trainers use our data base and our evaluations when they are shopping claimers.

Do we begin to sound like the kind of people you always wanted to be associated with but never thought you’d find? Well, you’ve found us – so let’s go!
