Jim Hurley Crushes College Football Saturday Going 6-1 Overall!
2-0 in TV Plays with Wisconsin & Notre Dame!
Underdog Trifecta 3-0 with SMU, Auburn and UL-Lafayette all grabbing outright wins!

FYI, there are currently nine NFL teams that are 2-and-oh ATS (against the spread) to start off this here-and-now 2019 campaign but dig a little bit deeper and you'll discover the following factoids ...

The Buffalo Bills have covered their last four consecutive games while dating back to late last season ...
The Los Angeles Rams have covered six of their last seven games overall - the one failed spread verdict came in Super Bowl 53 ...
And the New England Patriots have notched six spread wins in a row since late last year and now they are a three-plus TD favorite against the New York Jets here in a Week 3 tilt.
So, there's that. The other 2-0 spread sides this year?
That would be the Arizona Cardinals, the Dallas Cowboys, the Green Bay Packers, the Indianapolis Colts, the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers.

Jim Hurley and his Network of Handicappers and Bloggers will be banging out lots of winners all weekend long with College Football, NFL Week 3 and down-the-stretch Major-League Baseball and so go right ahead and call us at our toll-free telephone # of 1-800-323-4453 or get the winners right here online - just keep on cashin' all month long!

Here's some of what we'll be watching here in NFL Week 3 play:

BALTIMORE (2-0) at KANSAS CITY (2-0) - 1 p.m. ET, CBS
Folks, it's a wee bit early for all the TV stations - you know who you are, ESPN and Fox - for all this talk about "this year's MVP" as Ravens' QB Lamar Jackson (596 yards passing with 7 aerial TDs) is getting a whole lotta love after just two weeks of play while '18 MVP and Chiefs' QB Patrick Mahomes (821 yards passing / 7 TDs) is putting in his early bid to repeat. Both of these young stars will dazzle here but who plays better in the red zone's the key: If Baltimore TE Mark Andrews (team-best 16 catches) puts his stamp on this game, then John Harbaugh's club could be "live" as the 5.5-point road dog.
Spread Note - Kansas City is 27-16-1 versus the vig since late in the 2016 season and that includes a 27-24 non-cover win against 6-point underdog Baltimore last season.

NEW ORLEANS (1-1) at SEATTLE (2-0) - 4:25 p.m. ET, Fox
Nope, in this current NFL landscape "A.B." no longer stands for dirtbag WR Antonio Brown - good riddance, to you! - but rather "A.B." stands for "After Brees".
Just how are the New Orleans Saints gonna manage these next seven or eight weeks without icon QB Drew Brees whose thumb injury changed the face of the whole NFC last week ... can Teddy Bridgewater ride onto the set and win a few games for Sean Payton's crew or will this NFC South be something like 3-5 SU (straight-up) by the time Brees is back in action?
One thing for sure here regarding the host Seahawks: They'll bring the heat up front with Jadeveon Clowney a real key but did you know that on the flip side the Saints' defense already has registered nine sacks? Stay on your toes, QB Russell Wilson!
Spread Note - Since the start of last year, the Seahawks are 8-3-2 ATS when playing non-divisional foes.

On Sunday Nite, it's ...
LOS ANGELES RAMS (2-0) at CLEVELAND (1-1) - 8:20 p.m. ET, NBC
The hype machine that is the 2019 Cleveland Browns gets another prime-time nod ... but this ain't a battered / bruised / bad New York Jets team they're going up against here (see 23-3 win /cover last Monday Night at the Meadowlands).
The Browns wowed folks with that 89-yard QB Baker Mayfield to WR Odell Beckham, Jr. catch-and-run TD earlier in the week but overall Mayfield's been shaky this season - some really bad throws, bad decisions and still too much yakking - while the Rams just go about their business while keeping fingers crossed here that Defensive Player of the Year DL Aaron Donald is healthy and effective here after two games with a grand total of two tackles and no sacks.
Spread Note - The Browns registered an 8-4-1 spread mark last season whenever in the underdog role; so far Cleveland's split its first two spread verdicts this year (covered 6.5-point spread against the NY Jets last Monday Night after failing to cover the 5.5-point Week 1 number against Tennessee).

NOTE: Catch our Monday Night Football preview - that's the Chicago Bears at the Washington Redskins - plus get all the weekend recaps in the next edition of Jim Sez.
