NationalRaceMasters.com, hereafter referred to as NRM, respects the privacy of every individual who visits our Web site. This privacy policy outlines the information NRM will collect and how we will use that information. This statement also will instruct you on what to do if you do not want your personal information collected or shared when you visit the NRM Web site or respond to our advertisements

NRM values the trust its customers place in the company. Accordingly, NRM adheres to the highest ethical standards in gathering, using and safeguarding customer information that is entrusted to the company.

NRM does not rent, or sell information about its customers. Access to information about NRM customers is restricted to the NationalRaceMasters.com family of businesses. Third parties that need access to NRM customer information in order to provide operational or other support services to NRM must agree to safeguard customer information in strict compliance with NRM policy.

NRM gathers only the customer information that is needed to administer its business, provide superior service and communicate offers on merchandise and services that NRM believes will be of interest to its customers.

NRM will not collect any individually identifiable information about you such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address unless you provide it to us voluntarily.

NRM Web site visitors who do not want their personally identifiable information collected online are asked not to submit such information to NRM.

NRM Web site visitors are informed that when they provide NRM with personally identifiable information online, that information is kept within the NRM family of businesses. Visitors are further informed that, unless specifically stated otherwise, the personally identifiable information may be stored and used by NRM to better understand its customers' needs, to improve NRM products and services, and to contact customers regarding offers that may be of interest to them.

If NRM Web site visitors previously provided their e-mail addresses to NRM and would like to have their e-mail addresses removed from NRM e-mail mailing lists, NRM asks them to send an e-mail message to CustomerService@NationalRaceMasters.com. NRM informs such visitors that it will use reasonable efforts to delete their e-mail addresses from its existing files.

When you do provide us with individually identifiable information, we may use that information in the following ways unless stated otherwise: we may store and process it to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services; we may use it to contact you; and we may provide it to the NRM family of businesses.

Children
NRM has no intention of collecting personally identifiable information (name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from children (individuals under the age of 18) online and using that information for marketing purposes. Where appropriate, NRM will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on NRM Web sites.

NRM Web Site may collect information from Web site visitors that is not personally-identifiable, including the visitor`s operating system, browser, domain name, and the specific web pages on the NRM Web site that are accessed or visited. NRM only collects this information in the aggregate, and only uses it to improve NRM Web sites.

Information Placed Automatically on Visitors' Computers
NRM informs Web site visitors that when they visit NRM Web sites, NRM may store some information on the visitor's computer in the form of a "cookie" or similar file. These files allow NRM to tailor a Website to reflect a customer's listed or historical preferences. Most Web browsers allow Web users to exercise control over such files on their computers by erasing them, blocking them, or notifying the user when such a file is stored. NRM Web site visitors are asked to refer to their browser's instructions to learn about those functions.

Who to Contact
If you have submitted individually identifiable information through a NRM Web site or interactive advertisement and would like that information deleted from our records, please contact us at CustomerService@NationalRaceMasters.com. We will delete this information from our existing files.

To request removal from an e-mail promotional list, please click the "Reply" button from within the e-mail advertisement you received and place the word "Remove" in the subject line or follow the instructions for removal included in the advertisement. As our systems require the e-mail address exactly as it was originally entered, this is the most effective method to insure removal. Separately written requests for removal may take more than one request to insure removal despite the fact that we make every effort to honor every removal request immediately upon receipt.

NationalRaceMasters.com REFUND POLICY

Your purchase is a commitment of your willingness to pay for a specific service or information. Once your transaction is complete and you have been linked to the selection/information page then you are obligated to pay for that service/information.

For all "Pay After You Win" services... there can be no refunds. Although authorized, your credit card will not be charged until the results of the games provided are official. Fees for service will be charged regardless of whether the customer uses information or not.

For all "Pay-First" services... in general there are no refunds once you complete your transaction. More specifically, once you, the customer, have been linked to any selection pages, received selections via e-mail or received selections by telephone, no refund can be issued.   We will, however, provide an alternative service if you, the customer, are dissatisfied with the service/program you initially purchased.

Our services are the absolute best our handicappers can make them. As the service subscribed to includes sports handicapping information, our customers must accept that the information will not, as a rule, be guaranteed, just like the Stock Market, and that past performance is not a guarantee of future results. What is guaranteed is that every customer will receive the information that they are entitled to, based on the service selected.

From time to time, "Pay First" services will be offered with a guarantee. The specific terms of the guarantee will be detailed in the service description. The terms shall be only as described and nothing more. (i.e. A guarantee for free service in the event that a particular result is not achieved will only entitle the customer to the free service specified and will not entitle that customer to a money back refund.)

NationalRaceMasters.com & HeritageHouseBooks.com DELIVERY POLICY

  1. All services purchased on the web site will be delivered immediately upon authorization of a customer credit card and confirmation of payment. The purchaser will be provided with links or automatically linked to the page containing the selections (hereinafter "PICKS PAGE").
  2. In the event selections for that day have not yet been posted, the purchaser, utilizing the login and password provided to them upon enrollment, will be allowed access to the PICKS PAGE up until midnight of the day that the purchase was made to view the purchased selections.
  3. All services purchased by telephone will be provided over the telephone immediately upon authorization of the customer's credit card. In the event an authorization cannot be immediately received, a customer will be advised to call back with sufficient time to allow for credit card authorization and will then be provided with services at the time of the call back (assuming the credit card charge has been approved by the customers bank).
  4. For mail orders, services will be provided by telephone immediately upon receipt of certified check or money order payment.
    • Personal checks will be held for a period not to exceed 14 business days to allow for  checks to clear before services will be provided.
  5. Products or Merchandise purchased on the web site will be shipped within 5 business days from receipt of order, authorization of credit card and confirmation of payment. In most instances books, manuals and newsletters will be shipped via first class mail.  Heavier publications will be shipped via Priority Mail by the US Postal Service. Parcels in excess of 2½ lbs and more than ¾" in thickness will be shipped via Media Mail from the US Postal Service.
  6. Products or Merchandise purchased via direct mail or by telephone will be shipped within 5 business days from receipt of order,  authorization of credit card and confirmation of payment. In most instances, books, manuals and newsletters will be shipped via first class mail or for heavier publications, shipped via Priority Mail from the US Postal Service. Parcels in excess of 2½ lbs and more than ¾" in thickness will be shipped via Media Mail from the US Postal Service.
    • Personal checks will be held for a period not to exceed 14 business days to allow for checks to clear after which time merchandise will be immediately shipped.
  7. Additional requirements for Product and Merchandise shipping:
    • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate and complete "Ship To" information. Merchandize returned for incorrect address will be reshipped at the purchaser's expense.
    • Products shipped to addresses outside the continental United States may be subject to additional charges to cover the cost of international postage.  Actual costs for postage only will be passed along to the purchaser.
    • Products shipped to addresses outside the continental United States may be subject to additional charges for handling to cover the costs for the preparation of required documents required for international shipping. An estimate of the additional costs will  be provided to the purchaser before shipment.
  8. It is the goal of NationalRaceMasters.com and HeritageHouseBooks.com to provide delivery of all products and services in as short a time as possible. Whenever possible, services will be provided immediately upon receipt of payment and products will ship as quickly as possible after receipt of order and confirmation of payment. Shipping schedules indicate the maximum time to ship or to provide service but we always endeavor to ship sooner if at all possible.
  9. In the unlikely event a product or other merchandise is out of stock or on back order, the customer will be advised prior to the time of their purchase either online or by telephone and should the customer still choose to purchase they will be kept appraised of tentative shipping dates and advised when their product or merchandise actually ships.
